International Municipal BRICS Forum (IMBRICS Forum) will be held on 27-28 August, 2024 in Russia, Moscow, at the territory of Expocentre Fairgrounds, Pav. 7.
The IMBRICS Forum is held in accordance with the plan of events of the Russian 2024 BRICS Chairmanship with the support of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Russian Foreign Ministry, Rossotrudnichestvo, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Department of Foreign Economic and International Relations of the city of Moscow, Moscow City Duma, Government of St. Petersburg, Roscongress Foundation. General Partner of the event is the Government of Moscow.
In 2023, the IMBRICS Forum has exceeded all expectations and gathered under one roof representatives of federal departments, governors, mayors of large cities, representatives of business associations, businessmen, specialized experts from more than 65 countries of the world. The annual event was attended by more than 7,000 specialists, including delegates from 85 constituent entities of the Russian Federation and foreign representatives from more than 200 cities of Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and the CIS. Over 700 commercial companies were represented at the Forum. About 50,000 users from 104 countries joined the Forum using online connection platforms.
The organizer of the International Municipal BRICS Forum – BRICS PLUS Business Communications Support Foundation - carries out general coordination of the preparation and implementation of the event in close cooperation with the ambassadors and trade representatives of more than 30 countries. The Foundation also forms a Business Programme of the event and receives delegations and business missions of foreign partner countries of the BRICS organization attending the Forum.
